The data that the FS Maintenance application processes are:

• Auth code: enable the user's device to scan FS QR stickers; this code functions as an invitation link and is provided to the user;
• Sticker number: mark the corresponding filling as "open", meaning that some qualified personnel will have to intervene to restore fire protection;
• IP address: this information is sent automatically by your device and it's stored during a limited amount of time for security and debugging purposes.

No personal data is processed by the FS Maintenance application without the consent of the user.

Retention of personal data

Personal data is generally retained only as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, such as authorizing the user to use the application in a particular building, reporting open fillings, or allowing developers to troubleshoot problems or identify abuse.

Transmission of personal data

The personal information collected is used to provide and improve the service. They are not used for other purposes and are not passed on to third parties.
